When you claim a free session, a membership offer or ask a question on this site, we collect the details you type in: your name, email, mobile number, when you want to start, how you heard about us, which membership you're interested in, and your question if you ask one. We also record the page you used and the link you came from (for example an ad), so we know what's working.
We use your details to get back to you about your free session, membership or question, to hold and book your session, and to follow up by email, phone or SMS about it. We may also contact you about 1 Million Strong West End offers. Reply STOP to any text, or email us to unsubscribe from emails, and we'll stop.
Our West End team and the tools we use to run the club's enquiries (for example our email sender, the spreadsheet our staff work from and our customer records system). We don't sell your details. We don't share them with anyone else except where the law requires it.
